Social Dancing Returns:

CHURCH NEWS:

Last Sunday, we remembered the the anniversaries of Dan & Julia Brosnan, Patrick Leahy & Bridget O'Brien. I measc na naofa go mbeidh síad I gcónaí.

Mass Requests can be taken in the Church every Thursday, Friday and Sunday, after Mass. Mass Cards/Bouquets are also available after any of the Masses.

Easter Masses: In Granagh Church - Holy Thursday,17th at 7.30pm. Good Friday,18th at 3pm. Easter Sunday 20th at 10.30am. In Ballingarry - Holy Saturday 19th at 9pm.

Fifth Sunday of Lent: Ilma and Julio’s biggest worry is that of their children’s education. There is a primary school in the community but their eldest child, 12-year-old Miriam, is due to go to secondary school, which is an hour away by bus. It costs just under €5 a week for the bus but as climate change is now affecting her parent's livelihood - they cannot afford the fare!!! Isn't that such a shame.... So many children are missing out on a basic right, something we take for granted here. Donations made through your Trócaire Box will make a vital difference in these children's lives. Please give what you can. More info on www.trocaire.org

We would encourage all families to do a walk around their own area, you won't have to travel far to find the rubbish.! Drop the bags at Chawke's cross for collection.
