CLEAR-OUT:

It might be an idea to clear out the toy cupboards before the Christmas rush, it could make another child's Christmas a lot more special. Usually charity shops don't have a lot of toys beforehand but get inundated with toys in the days after.

SHOE BOX APPEAL:

Thanks to your outstanding donations Team Hope were able to send 176,615 shoebox gifts to children in twelve countries across Eastern Europe and Africa as part of the 2023 Christmas Shoebox Appeal. For many of these children, this is the only gift they will have received this Christmas (or in their lives before). We know every box contains cherished items that can transform a child’s life; a scarf and woolly hat can keep the cold at bay or a simple pen and notebook could be the passport that a child needs to be able to start their journey through the education system. The deadline to get your boxes in is Friday 10th November. The final date that shoeboxes can be donated online is 23rd December. All details can be found on www.teamhope.ie
