THE LOCAL CREAMERY:

The significance of Granagh Creamery in the life of the local community cannot be overstated. In appreciation of the people who founded it and the people who operated it over the following decades, Jim Houlihan is compiling material for, A History of Granagh Creamery. He would like to hear from anyone who may have documents or photos associated with the Creamery prior to 1972, the date of amalgamation with Mitchelstown Creameries. If anybody could loan a photo of former staff members for copying and instant return, it would be greatly appreciated. Likewise, any document of that period that has historical importance.
